If you would you like to:

• Spend a lovely fall day or two outside enjoying several of Decatur’s beautiful gardens
• Expand your knowledge about plants that can be grown in and around our city
• Dream and gather ideas for your own green oasis
• Help two nonprofit organizations, Decatur Preservation Alliance and Oakhurst Community Garden

We invite you to serve as a host on the Decatur Garden Tour. Your role will be to welcome visitors to the gardens and check tickets, show visitors which way to enter the garden and tell them special things to look for (information provided by homeowner), perhaps sell tickets (limited locations), and send visitors on to the next garden with a smile.

For donating your valuable time you will receive a free ticket to the garden tour.

Saturday, Sept. 25
10 a.m.-12:20 p.m.
12:20-2:40 p.m.
2:40-5 p.m.
6:30-8 p.m.
8-9:30 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 26
Noon- 2:30 p.m.
2:30-5 p.m.
